Call Center Calculator is a Windows based planning and forecasting tool. Enter the basic parameters of service level required, numbers and durations of calls and Call Center Calculator will show you how many agents are required and just what performance you can expect. As well as the ideal number of agents required it will also show how the service level will change with more and less agents.
The agents tab of the main form shows an overall view of an average days work, switch over to the schedule tab and you can enter call numbers by the hour or half-hour period to see how your staffing needs vary throughout the day.
Click on the graph button to see the data in a graphical format.
